On September 23rd, the non profit organization, 100 For All, is hosting an evening for Nepal in collaboration with Bushwick based art gallery, IMAGE. There will be art auctioning, entertainment, and cocktails with all proceeds of the night going to the Nepal relief. We are bringing together the best of New York City’s creative minds from the fashion to art industries and everything in between for a night of unity and giving back.
100 For All is a NY based nonprofit organization that is taking a refreshingly fun approach to giving back to others. 100 For All partners with a wide array of clients to raise awareness and help put an end to the world's water crisis. They sell their flagship product, 100 Luxury Water, to high end clientele with 100% of the proceeds going to their partners abroad. With the aid of some amazing partnerships, we are able to build water wells, provide different filtration methods, and bring awareness to sanitation practices in order to help improve the quality of life for those who need it most.
The focus of the the event is to help rebuild the homes and lives of the survivors from the Nepal earthquake. There are many people that have yet to receive aid and our friends in the Langtang Valley could use a hand. With 1/3 of the Langtang Valley population losing their lives this past April due to the earthquake, the community needs help more than ever. Director, Steve Torrisi, recognized this and is doing his part to raise funds to donate towards the citizens’ basic needs of water, shelter, and their lives back . “The combination of art and philanthropy is a very powerful tool that is greatly underutilized. With our partnership with 100 for All, we hope to unite the two worlds to make a global impact,” says IMAGE Creative Director, Steven Gonzalez Marin.
